2026 UP State Fair Exhibition Deadlines

There will be no appeals for missed deadlines.

Final UPSF Registrations will be available no later than June 1st online: upperpsf.fairwire.com

IMPORTANT: U.S. postal notice for postmarked service: A customer can ensure that a postmark is applied to his or her mail piece, and that the date on the postmark matches the date of mailing, by visiting a Postal Service retail location and requesting a manual (local) postmark at the retail counter when tendering their mail piece. Manual postmarks will be applied free of charge.

Large & Small Market Animal Deadlines

Please note that Preregistration is required for market beef, lambs, goats, and swine to be eligible for final registration. Preregistration is separate from final registration. Final registration is the official entry process that registers the exhibitor’s market animal into the specific classes in which they will participate at the upcoming fair.

Market Beef:

Preregistration due (online): February 15, 2026

DNA & Hardcopy of YQCA (postmarked): March 13, 2026

Market Lamb/Goat/Swine:

Preregistration due (online): May 1, 2026

DNA & Hardcopy of YQCA (postmarked): May 27, 2026

(YQCA will not be accepted by email for Beef, Lamb, Goat & Swine, it must be with your DNA)

Poultry/Eggs:

No preregistration required. YQCA must be emailed by June 15th.

*NEW* Agriculture & Floriculture Exhibits (online or in office by): August 10th
